1.What are the delivery charges for orders from the GREYYS?

We charge a flat fee of $10 per local delivery trip, if total amount of your order does not reach SGD $100.Please note there will be additional charge of $5for delivery to Changi Airport and Tuas.

2.How long will delivery take?

Your order will be dispatched to you as soon as it is ready and usually within 48 hours. Please note that we are unable to provide an exact time of delivery.

3.Can I self-collect / cash and carry?

Yes,self-collection is possible. Please let us know at least 24hrs in advance so that we can get your item(s) ready for collection.

We are located at Sindo Building, 66 Tannery Lane, #01-05F, Singapore 347 805.

If you have difficulties to find us, please give us a call at 6222 1520. We are open from 9.30am to 6pm on weekdays. We are closed on weekends & public holydays.

4.Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed. We will also print out a copy of the invoice that will come together with the item.
